Richard and Stacey

In the classic love story, the two met at a bar. Love blossomed between the two and then on a trip in San Francisco, the idea of Heartbeats and Drumsticks was born. Chronicling the adventures, the projects, the careers, and the love.

Stacey, specializes in food, lifestyle and wedding photography. Her love for photography was nurtured from the rural land she grew up on, being surrounded by nature and animals. Stacey's first photo shoots were her cats, this included wardrobe and art direction. Art was always immersed in her young life, and having a supportive home lead to her drive towards a career as a photographer. Besides taking pictures, Stacey loves antique shopping, cooking, volunteering, traveling, hiking & camping, music, and being around her great friends and family.

Richard, is an independent artist that specializes in drums and multimedia. A box of crayons was his first way into art, it has since blossomed into a career as a multimedia artist. Also, an early discovery was music. The drums a gift from his Dad at the age of 13, and a love for listening to his Mom's record, has since turned into a flourishing life of sound: His band Shades of Day, and side projects such as collaboration with other artists and scoring feature films, shorts and trailers. Richard also loves hiking and camping,being with friends and family and putting on a good movie while eating popcorn and drinking a Cherry Coke.
